Part 1. LAZARUS FORUM RULES​

⟢ 1. General forum rules
The most important rules on the fourm:
(1.1) Don't harass other users, which includes sending other members DMs after they have requested you to stop.
(1.2) Don't doxx other members.
(1.3) This is a PG-13 server, so sending/posting pornographic or sexual content is not permitted.
(1.4) Keep spamming to clearly marked areas.
(1.5) Avatars or server profiles that are meant to degrade the race, religion, ethnicity, sex, or gender identity of other server members, are not permitted on this server.

⟢ 2. Advertising and Recruitment Rules
(2.1) Posting or sending recruitment messages and advertising events on this forum as a means of recruitment is not permitted.
(2.2) Advertising events or activities s permitted to Foreign VIPs or Foreign Dignitaries forum embassies, but not in the other areas.

⟢ 3. Moderation
(3.1) Report through the ticketing form system, describing the issue with another member of the forum. Your tickets will be kept private, as only you and the moderation and administration team on the forum can see them.
(3.2) Warnings that may be issued are specific to a possible or suspected forum policy violation, so a first warning on three separate policies would not warrant server expulsion.

2.1 FORUM INTEGRATIONS​

You can link your forum account to your discord account in the Connected Accounts page, which will also add you to the groups here that have a similar role on the Lazarus discord server. Useful if you apply for citizenship for example and want an instant role on the discord server.

To link you will need to sign in to your discord account and provide your forum account password to confirm.

2.1 RESIDENTS​

Residents of Lazarus can Apply for Residency, and get the resident masking, which will allow them to view some more areas of the forum.

They can also more importantly Apply for Citizenship in Lazarus and get the full privileges and rights of a voting member of the region.

Citizens also get a higher endorsement cap in the Lazarus region than residents, so this is worth doing if you are a WA member.

2.2 LAZ SQUAD​

Laz Squad is the Lazarus group for keeping an eye on Lazarus security to compliment the Council on Lazarene Security, and to up vote Lazarus dispatches. Joining Laz Squad also provides a 10 WA boost to your existing cap endorsement cap as well, so it is worth doing.

Goals of Laz Squad

• Keep an eye and report security threats to @Elarien and @Feux.
• Keep an eye on the RMB and help suppress or counter-act things that break our RMB Rules
• Upvote Lazarus dispatches to combat the drama llamas and
  
  Kakistocrats who seemingly are obsessed with downvoting or stirring up things on the RMB from time to time
• Support and defend Lazarus within the region and abroad

How can I join Laz Squad?

You can use this application form, just tell us your nation name, a brief region history, and we'll get back to you if you were approved. Though might be easier to just register on the forum even if this isn't required, as you get a message via the forum the moment you are approved.

Where does Laz Squad meet?

It meets on the Lazarus discord server, and has a group there you can self-role yourself in.

2.3 CITIZENS​

Citizens have a much wider range of options, they can participate in the Assembly, proposing and voting on legislation, or take on a job in a ministry such as Culture Ministry (Internal) or the Foreign Ministry (External). They can also stand for election, when elections are underway, and take on other jobs in the region to help Lazarus get better.

Masking/role forms:

• Apply to join the Culture Ministry (Internal)
• Apply to join the Foreign Ministry (External)

Lazarus World Assembly Program or LAZWAP members can also vote on and view upcoming WA proposals and resolutions, so you can also apply for LAZWAP masking.

If a Citizen gets around to viewing the assembly, there is an Assembly Proposal/Bill form, if citizens ever want some formatting help for a proposal or discussion. But citizens should read the full Assembly guide for more details first.

While the Laz Guard isn't too active, you can also join that as well, here is the Laz Guard (Regional military) form, we are working with The East Pacific right now though.

2.4 FOREIGN DIGNITARIES​

Foreign Dignitaries or Foreign Visitors can Apply for diplomatic status in Lazarus, which will allow them to maintain or access their embassy in Lazarus to post foreign updates. They can also Apply for an Embassy with Lazarus, if their region does not currently have an embassy with Lazarus - and if they meet the requirements, be approved.

2.5 REGIONAL CULTURE & IDEOLOGIES​

Axionism is the regional ideology of Lazarus, which seeks to help Lazarenes reach their goals, and deliver them to new heights of prosperity and social and spiritual fulfilment.

⟢ Factions of Lazarus

Axiotarians are the primary faction of Lazarus and represent the supporters and adherents of Axionism, and carry out the tasks of the Great Crusade in Lazarus. While the

Kakistocrats are the opposing faction of Lazarus and can support or oppose Lazarus at times for self-interest or for various reasons.

• Regional RP: This is an idea for nation to nation or region to region RP to take place.
• Character RP: This is an area for custom or private RPs where things don't fit into the other categories., such as quest RPs.
