hii lazarus!! its kat, the ambassador of vibonia to lazarus! im here to share the weekly report, so here goes.

- The reorganisation of government Ministries is complete. The old Ministry of Internal Affairs was split into Cultural Affairs and Public Affairs. Former Departments were renamed into Offices. The Offices of Events, Cards, Press, and Broadcasting are placed under Cultural Affairs, while Recruitment, Outreach Officers, Mentors, and Infrastructure now belong to Public Affairs.
- The Office of World Assembly Affairs was established and has produced its first IFV on Responsible Energy Infrastructure.
- A new RMB Bulletin Board has been created to deliver regular news and updates to the RMB.
- Two card giveaways were successfully hosted in our Discord server by Brando and Saturn, attracting a lot of interest and engagement.
- At Europeia's invitation, Vibonia attended EuroPride, a week-long Pride festival celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.

hi lazarus, i'm back again!! we've published another weekly report, and we'd love to share it with yall

- The VDF has a new rank structure, with members now reaching titles such as corporal, sergeant, and knight banneret, through leading and attending operations. And the previous leadership role of Praetor has been replaced with a more fitting Marshal of the VDF.
- The Vibing Herald: Edition III is out!! With all sorts of new articles, including material on our executive reform, and election overview. read here!!
- With new changes, the Office of World Assembly Affairs has been converted to a Ministry. Now open for Citizens to join. And with its first appointed minister, Epico.
- The VDF has successfully taken and refounded another fascist region! (https://www.nationstates.net/region=dictaturyland) Glory to the Vibonian Defense Force!!
- We've been granted access to Asperta, which has been nicknamed The Red-and-Yellow Courier. And Public Affairs has been working diligently to ensure the Courier's voice remains heard.

thank you for the congrats, however i've more news to share now!! when the major update of aug30 rolled around, the Vibonian Defense Force, along with a coalition notably including The West Pacific Armed Forces, the Grand Army of Carcassonne, the Radiant Inquisition of Perdition, and The Outback Bushrangers, invaded The Hanguard and hoisted its victorious banners over the region, with over 50 participating updaters before rising to over 100 pilers. the VDF had sent 7 updaters to the operation, which is astonishing for a region of our size. we are particularly proud to participate in this operation with our allies and friends, and excited to be a part of a new independent coalition. to commemorate this operation, Vibonia shall be flying the pennant flag for the duration of the operation. lwk it was so peak, i should have joined the vdf.. itsok chat, but atleast we managed to fashbash again!!

figured as much lolllzzz, however i'm back once again to share something also really cool!! Vibonia and The Wellspring are excited to announce that we have ratified the Treaty of the Verdant Spring. Our two regions have had a long history of friendly relations dating back to our time together in FOCUS, and recently successful collaborations in culture and technology have elevated that friendship. We hope that this treaty will bring our two communities closer, and look forward to working together in various fields as allies.

this isn't really an official update but i popped in just to say that vibonian elections are currently underway!! i will send an official report on the outcome once the whole process is over with

thanks and cheers from vibonia!! anyway, i'm back again to share some kewl news! if you didn't know, in the past, relations between our region and talonia were good until they soured because of lonia kreptia llor, due to talonia's shenanigans. well, i'm happy to say that over the last few days, vibonia and talonia entered into diplomatic talks regarding a potential détente and restoration of relations, with fruitful and productive results! now, our regions wish to announce those results to the world. check out our joint statement on détente between both regions here in our thread and talonia's thread. cheers and much luv from viboniaaa!!! 🧡
 
ehehe im backkkk!! here to share that we have successfully annexed crimson spire as a territory of ours on november 12th after negotiating a treaty of annexation!! read our public statement and the full text of the annexation treaty here.
 
An interesting use of the annexation feature I must say, congrats on the agreement!

hey twinss heres a fun fact! on Dec 21, the most sweeping legal reforms to our regional laws since Vibonia's first Constitutional overhaul were enacted, after two months of painstaking effort by the Legal Reform Commission and extensive debate in the Vibonian Assembly. glorious president picairn has issued a special address to commemorate this great accomplishment!! cheers and much love from your vibing neighbours up north <3
