I would like to apologize for the late posting of this. With the recent amendment, I forgot the guard director still needed a confirmation vote.

@joWhatup has been appointed to serve as Minister of the Regional Guard. As per Mandate 12 IV.6, this appointment is subject to a simple majority confirmation by the Citizens of Lazarus.
