[Discussion] Court reform?

I don't have a specific draft right now (I may write one based on the discussion), but it appears to me that ever since Mandate 12 started, there has always been difficulty keeping a full court, but a full court is required for the Court to actually be able to do
If this seems somewhat like the Judicial Act in TSP, that's no coincidence - I wrote TSP's Judicial Act, after working on it for over a year.

I like it. I don't think you should be allowed to be PM or the Speaker and also be a justice, but I am open to the cabinet. I see no issue there.
