Since the Currency System was bugged, and has since been restored, these are the tasks that need doing:
1. Restore automatic shops. [CompleteIn-ProgressIn-Progress]
4. And finally, to work through the logs to restore Bank Accounts + Balances: [In-Progress]
Once these are done, work can start on salaries and wages being re-introduced.
