To avoid having to update this every time, just a heads up that I'm continually revising this simultaneously with the draft of the Assembly Procedure Act.

I think rather than having "date proposed," it would be better to have "date enacted" and leave that for the Assembly Speaker to amend after enactment. I'm not sure the date it was proposed matters nearly as much as the date it was enacted. I definitely think "Proposed by:" and the optional...
