Pursuant to our democratic principles, it is the absolute opinion of the Executive Government that the administration of Lazarus Underground maintains rightful control of Lazarus and we denounce the recent events in Lazarus as the culmination of a series of unlawful acts, all of which are against Mandate 8, by an illegitamate faction.
