■ For the purpose of this application:
○ "Lazarus Nation Name" is defined as your nation that resides in Lazarus.
○ "Main Nation" is defined as the nation you use most often in Nationstates.
○ "World Assembly Nation" is defined as your nation that is in the World Assembly .

You will be redirected upon submission to the application sub-forum.

You will be required to give the following information, when you click the link above:
1) Your Lazarus Nation Name.
2) Link to your Main Nation.
3) Link to World Assembly nation (if any).
4) Please describe your history on NationStates.
5) How long have you played Nationstates?
6) What other regions are you involved in (if any).
7) Any crimes you may have committed in in those regions and others.
8) Other names you may go by in Nationstates.
9) Oath.

ONCE YOU HAVE APPLIED PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PUT YOUR LAZARUS NATION NAME IN YOUR PROFILE

You might consider reading 'The Regional Guide to Lazarus' and learn more about the region, while your application is being processed.
