As part of a drive to restore recruitment and retention rates in Britannia, the Home Office is opening two new positions for Junior Ministers. These positions do not require prior political experience and are great for newcomers and old members alike who wish to add to their political résumé.

Junior Ministers can be expected to:

+ Be active on the NationStates Message Board (RMB)
+ Direct incoming nations to the forums through the RMB and sending personal telegrams
+ Welcome new citizens on the forums, and assist in mentoring them
+ Collaborate with the Home Secretary in reviewing and reworking vital documents and government tools
+ Work on manual recruitment telegram distribution
